If you have registered and are unable to attend the II International Conference on Medicinal Cannabis, you can request the cancellation of your registration until 07/23/2023 by email adm@planoapp.com.br.

Reimbursements will be made after the II International Conference on Medicinal Cannabis, respecting the following rule:

 

• Registrations canceled until 05/23/2023 – 70% of the amount paid, minus the amounts related to fees, taxes and costs involved in banking or credit card operations.

• Registrations canceled until 06/23/2023 – 50% of the amount paid, minus the amounts related to fees, taxes and costs involved in banking or credit card operations.

• Registrations canceled until 07/23/2023: 20% of the amount paid, minus the amounts related to fees, taxes and costs involved in banking or credit card operations.

• Cancellations requested after 07/23/2023 will not be refunded.

 

ATTENTION: Only the congressperson himself may request, when he is entitled to, the reimbursement of the registration fee.

This will be done exclusively in the current account of the subscriber, obeying the rules above. Registration is non-transferable.
